Hello! We are "The Pink Cormorant" - a place where clay meets smiles. And why exactly a pink cormorant? This is the story of two loves - the one for the sea and the one for the pink color. Simple and memorable, just like us! At the helm is Iliana (or as we affectionately call her - Mama Kormorana), who once heard this name and instantly appropriated it. She is the soul of the studio - sometimes frowning, but always with a warm heart and hands, ready to shape something beautiful. Yes, she is one of those people who turn their dreams into reality, even when it involves a total makeover of a dark basement!

What drives us?

We believe that everyone carries a little artist inside them, waiting to be revealed. We want to share the magic of clay with all of you - whether you've worked with it before, or your only experience was in kindergarten with a tile for mom. There are no wrong ways to create - there's only your way!

How did it get this far?

In the summer of 2024, something magical happened - a dark basement began to transform into a bright and cozy place to create. After two months of scrubbing, painting, rearranging (and countless cups of tea!), we opened our doors on September 1st. And do you know what the best part is? It was all made possible thanks to the most amazing family and friends a person could wish for. They are the ones who keep us going when the wheel is spinning a little faster than expected!

Here you'll find us giggling over crooked glasses, celebrating successfully baked creations, and arguing heatedly about the music playlist (everyone has an opinion on what inspires the creative process best!). Sometimes things don't work out the first time - but that's why we have cookies for comfort and lots of stories to share!

At "The Pink Cormorant" everyone is welcome to be themselves - whether you are a perfectionist who counts millimeters or a creative chaos on two legs. Here we create not only ceramics, but also friendships, memories and lots and lots of laughter. And Mama Cormorana is always nearby, ready to help with good advice or a warm smile - as long as you don't argue with her about the music choice!

And yes, we know that from the outside we might seem a little crazy. But if you give us a chance and spend some time with us - we promise to make you crazy too! Crazy about ceramics, of course. That's the only contagious thing here... well, maybe the laughter.
