**4. Reservations and payments**
4.1. Bookings for classes, workshops and events are made through our website or directly by contacting us.
4.2. The reservation is considered confirmed upon receipt of verbal or written confirmation from us.

**5. Cancellation and change policy**
5.1. If you are unable to attend, please notify us as soon as possible by phone +359 898 388 037.
5.2. Cancellation of participation less than 7 working days before the event is not subject to refund.
5.3. In case you wish to change the date of your reservation, please contact us no later than 10 working days before the event. Changes are only possible if there are available places and only with our approval.
5.4. If you miss the event without prior notice, the amount is not refundable or transferable.

**6. Gift cards**
6.1. Gift cards are valid for a period of 12 months from the date of purchase.
6.2. Gift cards may be transferred to a third party upon prior notification.
6.3. Purchased gift cards are not subject to refunds.

**7. Safety and Responsibility**
7.1. Participation in our events is at your own risk. All participants will receive a safety briefing before the activities begin.
7.2. Wear appropriate clothing and footwear for working in the ceramics studio.
7.3. We are not responsible for any accidents that may occur if the safety instructions are not followed.

**8. Cancellation by us**
8.1. In the event of an event cancellation due to unforeseen circumstances, we will offer an alternative date or refund the full amount.

**9. Documenting events**
9.1. During the events, photos and videos may be taken for marketing purposes. If you do not wish to participate, please let us know in advance.

**10. Finished products**

10.1. Your artwork will be ready for collection within 3-4 weeks after the event.

10.2. We will store your items for a period of 2 months after notification of readiness. After this period, we cannot guarantee their storage.

10.3. For collection outside of working hours, prior arrangement is required.

**11. Personal belongings**
11.1. "The Pink Cormorant" is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged personal belongings during the events.

**12. Changes to the general terms and conditions**
12.1. We reserve the right to update these general terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be published on our website and will take effect immediately.
