4. Services – Workshops and Classes

​

4.1. Reservations can be made through the website or directly by contacting us.
4.2. A reservation is considered confirmed upon receipt of written confirmation.
4.3. Participation in events is at the User’s own risk. All participants receive a safety briefing before activities begin.

Cancellations:

• Cancellation more than 14 days before the event → refund or transfer to another class.

• Cancellation between 7 and 14 days → transfer to another class (subject to availability), no refunds.

• Cancellation less than 7 days before the event or no-show → no refund or transfer.

• Cancellation by The Pink Cormorant Ltd. → 100% refund or an alternative date.

Finished Works:

• Ceramic pieces are ready within 3–4 weeks after the event.

• Works are stored for 1 month after notification of readiness. After this period, storage cannot be guaranteed.

Gift Cards:

• Valid for 6 months from purchase.

• May be transferred to another person with prior notification.

• Not refundable.

5. Online Store

​

5.1. The online shop offers ceramic items, gift cards, and materials.
5.2. Prices are listed in Bulgarian leva (BGN), VAT included.
5.3. Deliveries are handled via Econt, Speedy, or in-person collection. Delivery costs are borne by the client and calculated according to courier tariffs.
5.4. Delivery time: 3–7 business days.

Returns and Withdrawal:

• The client has the right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days of receiving the product (according to the Consumer Protection Act).

• Exceptions: custom-made items and discounted products.

• Return shipping costs are borne by the client.

Payments:

• Cash on delivery, bank transfer, or card payment through the platform.

6. Limitation of Liability

The Pink Cormorant Ltd. is not liable for:

• Damages caused by improper use of products or failure to follow safety instructions.

• Lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings of participants.

• Content of external websites linked from our site.

The Pink Cormorant Ltd. reserves the right to update these General Terms and Conditions at any time. Updates will be published on the website and take immediate effect.
